TIPSS – The Integrated Product Support Solution is made up of a combination of service tools and applications that are used to interact with a Perkins Engine. These tools and applications allow us to perform tasks such as identifying replacement parts, fully service an engine, identify any engine faults and view all technical engine information.
The warranty is comprehensive and covers all parts and labour. The standard Warranty period for rotating components across all standby engine ranges shall be for a period of 12 months/500 hours from date of delivery of the engine.
